- THE THREE SOUND OF REVOLUTION / RING SOUND / MIDDLE SOUND / INDEX SOUND
DRIPTECH
(Thailand)
Bio:
DRIPTECH is another music project by Pead Rasanon, which explores a darker quality in the audio arrangements and music that may resonate with people through a vigorous gesture that differs from his other aliases, Tanaad, pTR, and r.flav.
“You can hear a subtle discord in the soundscapes he weaves, somewhat akin to provocation or a challenge towards the unfamiliar realm, yet embodying a certain essence. It's nonconformist in a way; somehow everything is skillfully crafted together, resulting in a collision of uniquely primitive and digital sounds.” - text by GOMOHRAH
Pead Rasanon is a Bangkok-born music producer, musician, and DJ, currently based in Berlin. He is the initiator of the blozxom community and record label project. His work includes live performances and DJ sets, with notable appearances at events such as the Ghost2565: live without dead time, Beat Forest Festival, Maho Rasop Festival, Wonderfruit Festival in Bangkok & Chonburi (Thailand), and the Asian Meeting Festival in Tokyo, Kobe & Kyoto (Japan)
Recently, Pead performed with Mon Sisu Satrawaha and 'unthaitled collective' in “Somtam Manifesto” at the closing Exhibition of Rirkrit Tiravanit: DAS GLÜCK IST NICHT IMMER LUSTIG in Berlin, January 2025. He designed sound and music for short films, including "No Exorcism" by Komtouch Dew Napattaloong, which premiered at CPH:DOX, Copenhagen, in 2024.
He also did a live soundtrack for Apichatpong Weerasethakul’s "Vapour" which premiered at the Busan Film Festival in 2015. An alumnus of Goethe Talents in 2020, he has hosted shows on dublab and Bangkok Community Radio.
His recent works include the EPs "qUIT" (as pTR), "FFFDBVCK" (as DRIPTECH), "-~*" (as r.flav), and "zome" (as Tanaad). He also initiated the second blozxom compilation, "∞ -2," collaborating with respected artist friends, mainly from Bangkok, and has performed in various locations worldwide.
CONCEPT
In this track, I acknowledge the presence of patriarchy and consistently question the binary
notions of masculinity and femininity in society. I’m also aware of the struggles faced by
various groups regarding gender, particularly within the Thai State Territory where I was
born.
I want to reinterpret these speeches and raps by this group of individuals in the direction of
the DRIPTECH project, combining and shifting small elements from these sources of rap
and speech together. I view this process as a form of resistance energy that re
ects one
interpretation of the terms ‘revolutionary’ and ‘protest’

This Rung’s bold statement on the demonstration stage unveils heartbreaking footage of
royal compositions that accompany the demonstrator’s removal, highlighting the truths and
taboos the right wing in the Thai State employs to suppress the oppressed.
Translated Speech:
On that day, before live ammunition was used against the protesters, a royal composition
played from the speaker.
And keep it open in the background, don't claim there's no evidence.
Don't claim that there is no evidence. People who were there know well and there is an
actual video of the event. Please show that video on the stage.

Cypherlogy MVP : MILLI | RAP IS NOW
This Milli rap underscores the authoritarian, hierarchical, and corrupt aspects of society,
drawing parallels from her past experiences in school to the government, all under the
veiled signi
cance of the myth story.
Once upon a time, in a rural land
There was a fox that taught all the lambs
After being the president of the lambs, I became a rebel
From a white lamb to a black lamb, because of what I experienced
In this place, it's all about bene
ts
Managed by corrupt people
Taught in front of the
agpole with thousands of phrases
But the logic remains a skull (i.e., empty, lacking sense)
They use religion as a tool, mixing it in
To make the lambs scramble, sending a shuttle with a bribe mixed in
To help maintain the place, making it happy and ful
lling
Six years that fucking suck in the same place
Stay with other girls in a fucking same age
Say the same old things in a fucking same way
Force every silly sheep to live with fucking shame day
I'm tired, pretending to do everything for one photo
You, the big one, are getting bigger, embezzling a lot of money, buying a new car
Ashamed, you should be ashamed, have some conscience, you foxes
And I'm just talking about many senior animals, don't struggle (i.e., don't deny or get
defensive) before listening.

ers a fresh interpretation of the Phu Yai Lee political satire music in
Thai-State from the 60s, incorporating new rap lyrics for a captivating version.
Translated Original Phu Yai Lee Lyric:
In the year 1961, Village Chief Lee hit the drum to call a meeting
Each villager went to gather
At the meeting at Village Chief Lee’s house
Now, Village Chief Lee would like to speak
About the matter of the meeting that he has attended.
The government has ordered that
The villagers should raise ducks and “sukorn” (ie. pigs)
Now, Old Man See, with the shaking head, asked What is this “sukorn”?
Village Chief lee got up at once to reply
“As for “sukorn”, they are just ordinary little dogs.”
